This month's Eco Angel is the incredibly talented singer, songwriter Taylor Swift.
Taylor Swift moved to Nashville when she was 14 to pursue her country music dream. "Nashville is my home, and the reason why I get to do what I love." Swift's self titled debut album was released during her freshman year of high school. Even though she was just a teenager her lyrics about love were well received and the album sold over 5 million copies.
Taylor: "I am completely fascinated by the differences and comparisons between real life and fairy tales because we're raised as little girls to think that we're a princess and that Prince Charming is going to sweep us off our feet."
Taylor: "I think Fearless is having fears but jumping anyway."
Her second album Fearless, included the hit song Love Story which is Taylor's best selling song to date. This album also included a Tour with over 100 concerts. Fearless is the most awarded album in the history of country music.
Taylor: "To me, Fearless is not the absence of fear. It's not being completely unafraid. To me, Fearless is having fears, Fearless is having doubts. Lots of them. To me, Fearless is living in spite of those things that scare you to death. Fearless is falling madly in love again, even though you've been hurt before. I think loving someone despite what people think is Fearless. I think allowing yourself to cry on the bathroom floor is Fearless. Letting go is Fearless. Then, moving on and being alright... That's Fearless too. But no matter what love throws at you, you have to believe in it. You have to believe in love stories and prince charmings and happily ever after. That's why I write these songs. Because I think love is Fearless."
In 2010 Taylor made her film debut in the romantic comedy Valentine's Day. She co-starred with her beau and fellow actor Taylor Lautner. The adorable pair played high school sweethearts in this box office hit.
Taylor's style is copied by her many young fans and she quickly became a role model. Her sweet adorable style landed her the job of Covergirl brand ambassador. And later in 2011 Swift released her own fragrances for Elizabeth Arden. Her fragrance collection includes her debut perfume Wonderstruck, Wonderstruck Enchanted, Taylor by Taylor Swift, and her latest perfume Incredible Things.
In recent years Taylor ditched her platinum blonde curly locks for ash blonde straight bob. "I remember straightening my hair because I wanted to be likey everybody else." She moved from Nashville to New York and quickly became a style icon. Trading her sundresses and cowboy boots for mini skirts, high heels and red lipstick.

Taylor: "I didn't know 'kangaroo selfies' where a thing. But they are and this is one."
Her latest single Wildest Dreams is a powerful love ballad and a true fan favourite from 1989. The music video features Taylor as a brunette actress and co-stars actor Scott Eastwood.
