Kate: “I try to do pilates at least twice a week. I've been doing it for 15 years and I think it strengthens from the inside. When your core is strong, everything else starts to lift up.”
Kate: “My workout mantra is 'Break a sweat every day.' Even if it's just for 20 minutes. I'm very disciplined about that. That said, sweating every day doesn't mean you have to go crazy. Even if I'm running with the kids, I feel like I've done something.”
Kate's tip for staying sane on the go.
Kate: “The calendar on my phone; I always have it with me and refer to it whenever I need to review my day.”
How does Kate manage a successful business, work as an actress, stay on top of life as a busy mom - she prioritises!
Kate: “The reality is that nobody can truly “do it all”. You have to be selective and prioritise For example, in my life, my boys and my family always come first. For me, that means that I'll dedicate the most time and energy possible to them, and they are always factored in first to every decision that I make. Once you define what's most important to you and commit to making that your priority, you won't feel bad if other things have to wait.”
